What is the correlation between our breathing process and prana itself?
Our breath is the most tangible aspect of prana. In class we often hear the teacher encourage us to breathe into it for an energetic release of the muscle etc. being taxed. With this awareness, we bring the prana/breath from the unconscious to the conscious as a way to bring our body, heart/mind into a state of equilibrium and draw this storehouse of energy up the spine.
