WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO USE THE POWER-FLEXOR?
The basic exercises are simple but for best results they must be done right. Stand erect, holding arms outstretched with the POWER-FLEXOR level with an imaginary horizon. Always grip the POWER-FLEXOR firmly and hold firmly throughout the exercise. Do not dip or wobble. Standing as suggested, holding the POWER-FLEXOR firmly, turn the right hand forward and over as far as possible until all you see is the hump of your wrist. At the same time turn the left hand back in the opposite direction. Now without stopping, turn the left hand forward and over as far as you can, rolling the right hand back. Alternating hands in this manner (over and back, over and back) do a smooth series for 20 seconds. Then rest, shake your hands and arms to loosen and do the exercise series twice more. To strengthen your shoulder muscles hold the POWER-FLEXOR behind your back and perform the same exercises.
