What is the correct un-install and re-install procedure?
Follow these directions to proceed to un-install and re-install the client file on your pc. Uninstall and Reinstall the Software. To Perform a full reinstallation of the conference program follow these steps. • Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs • Uninstall (Audio/Video Conference) • Close the Add or Remove Programs window. • Go to Start > My Computer > c:/program files • Delete the folder “conference” if it exists. • Delete any icons and archives of “Conference” you might have on your desktop. • Delete any room icons or conference files in your Trash Can. • Disable any firewall/antivirus applications that are running. • Download and install a fresh copy of the software again and log in accordingly.
