What is the correct replacement siphon for my toilet cistern?

My cistern will sometimes flush other times the handle operates without toilet flushing. The cistern is a Sotini/Ideal Standard year of manufacture 1998. The plastic cap on top of the syphon is inscribed with the word “Jetflow” I suspect the syphon/diaphragm at fault.
