Ans.: Please note that most of the problems relating to the usage of ISM, because of incorrect installation procedures followed. Check the following procedures for installing ISM software. 1) Uninstall the existing version of ISM if any available. 2) Restart the machine. 3) Go to \\Program Files and remove the directory named ISM2000 if present. 4) Go to C:\Windows\ Fonts and manually remove any Indian language fonts that have not got uninstalled. Sometimes fonts do not get uninstalled for various reasons such as manually copied fonts in the fonts directory. 5) Install the new version of ISM2000 6) Restart the machine. Q. I got ism 3.04 Office upgraded to ISM 2000.On receiving the upgrade CD, I have discovered that this software does not work with my old Dongle.
