The normal adult dosage is two tablets per day or 1 tablet per day for children (6 years of age or older). Adolescents can take a full adult dose of two tablets per day. We recommend you start with one to two tablets per day and gradually adjust the daily dose to meet your requirements and expectations. The maximum daily dosage is six tablets per day.
