It should be noted that the National Grid Property was never designated by the U.S. DOE as a NFSS Vicinity property. • CWM Chemical Services, LLC Property (Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility): The material that is on CWM property straddles the CWM/NFSS property line. Chemical contamination on the NFSS property will be addressed under FUSRAP because NFSS is a federally owned property. The material that is off site, because it is chemical, will be addressed under the DERP-FUDS if it is determined that the government is liable for the contamination.
