What is the Coquille Athletic Association (CAA)?
The Coquille Athletic Association (CAA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of young people through athletics. Our programs are planned, promoted and directed by unpaid volunteers who work together to strengthen manage and cordinate sporting activities within our communities What will the CAA actually do? The CAA will manage athletic events, provides supervision, instruction, uniforms and equipment for adopted athletic activities. The CAA, trains coaches, referees, scorekeepers, etc. The CAA works to obtain use of facilities through cities and school districts as well as other community resources. The CAA will provide competitive play in many sports. Teams are formed based on grade level and in some cases, playing ability. Teams compete in tournaments throughout the Coquille Valley area. A variety of sport activities will be played through out the year depending on the sports regular season i.e. basketball, baseball, soccer, etc. How does the CAA work with cities
