If you cancel your convocation registration or are unable to attend due to an emergency, RMN will refund the registration fee you paid less a $20 processing fee. Note the different refund policy for lodging & meals at the YMCA of the Rockies: Lodging/meal cancellations 30 days or more in advance will get back 75% of their deposit. Cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
