What is the Conversations feature?
Conversations (also called “Convos” for short) is an Etsy-only messaging system. It’s a great way to communicate with other members, especially regarding the details of a transaction. You can access your Conversations inbox by clicking the link at the very top of the site header. You can send and receive Convos from any other registered member. Additionally, you can set your preferences receive an email notification every time you get a new Convo. (To do this, go to Conversations and click the “set email preferences” link.) Be sure to read the rules in the DOs & DON’Ts regarding the appropriate use of Convos.
