What is the Continuous Card Recurring Authority guarantee?
The Continuous Card Recurring Authority guarantee is set out in the following terms of agreement:- · If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, BT will notify you 10 working days in advance of collection, or as otherwise agreed · If an error is made by BT, you are guaranteed a full refund of the amount paid · You can cancel a Continuous Card Authority at any time by contacting BT in writing or removing your registration via BT.COM
