What is the Content Manager tab for?
The WebCT Vista Content Manager tab appears on your MyWebCT page, and allows users to access their WebCT Vista My Files area. Each user has their own WebCT My Files area which is always private and cannot be accessed by other users. You can use WebCT My Files for creating, editing, and managing your WebCT files and folders. The Content Manager tab, however, has only been made available to Teaching Assistants, Instructors and Designers of WebCT Vista sections. Without access to the Content Manager tab, Section Instructors and Teaching Assistants would not have access to the WebCT My Files area – unlike Section Designers who can access the WebCT My Files area via the File Manager tool. The file quota. for the WebCT My Files area is 10Mb. You should monitor this area by refering to the space usage bar on the upper right hand corner of your WebCT My Files area, to ensure that you don’t exceed your file quota.
