What is the conservation threshold?
The conservation threshold is the first 600 or 1,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) consumed in any month by residential, condominium or apartment building customers, or 750 kilowatt hours (kWh) consumed in any month by general service condominium or apartment building customers. This threshold will be multiplied by the number of units indicated on the declaration form.
