Changes to the TB Submission Guide are being managed by Strategic Communications and Ministerial Affairs (SCMA), with input from all areas of TBS, including Estimates, Results-Based Management and the BOSR Project. The BOSR Project is designing and implementing the EMIS to reflect the new TB Submission Guide requirements, specifically in relation to the financial authority paragraphs and costing tables.
