What is the connection between C&F and the Taste of Newport?

Taste of Newport has been C&F’ primary fundraiser since 1983. The event features a sitdown buffet with food samplings provided by over 50 of the area’s restaurants and caterers. Funds from the Taste of Newport benefit C&F’ wide variety of programs and services. Other locally held Taste events i.e. Taste of Rhode Island and Taste of a Nation are not affilitated with Child & Family. Taste of Newport is held annually in November.
