What is the conferences cancellation/substitution policy?
A $200 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between April 28 and June 20, 2008. A $400 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between June 21 and October 10, 2008. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after October 10, 2008. If you have registered for FOCUS 08 but are unable to attend, you may substitute another employee from your company once at no additional charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing at registration@mcafeefocus.com.
