What is the condition of the properties? Is there a contingency clause for home inspection?

All properties are sold as is. The condition of the property will be disclosed in the listing with estimated rehab costs included in condition report. LEI will provide a seller disclosure but makes not warranties or guarantees about the property. The buyer will be given 48 hours to preview the house and get a home inspection. In the event of unfavorable results the buyer will be able to withdraw their accepted offer without earnest money in jeopardy.
