What is the ComPsych Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
The program is a counseling service designed to help employees and their eligible family members resolve personal problems before they become overwhelming. Employees may also receive access to legal information via a telephone consultation or a referral to a lawyer in the community.There are no fees to use the EAP, but if you are referred for additional resources or assistance, there could be a charge that is the employee’s responsibility.
