What is the composition of the oxidants solution?
The obtained oxidants mixture consists of chlorine (95 96%), small amount of other oxidants: chlorine dioxide (3 4%), ozone (0,5 1,0%), as well as hydroperoxide compounds (hydrogen peroxide, singlet oxygen, superoxide radicals), contained in microdrops of moisture (0,2 0,5%). That’s why chlorination by-products such as chloroform, for example, are not formed in water. The oxidants solution, unlike traditional chloric water, efficiently removes biofilms from the inside surface of tubing which eliminates the necessity of ammonation, reduces corrosion rate of tubing (it is known that biocorrosion rate is several times as much as chemical corrosion), gives to water perfect organoleptic properties.
