What is the composition of the board? What are the different committees?
The NCC Board comprises of Managing Director, Executive Director, Four Whole Time Directors, Five Independent Directors, Three Non Independent Directors and Two Alternate Directors to Non Independent Directors. The Board has three committees – Audit, HR & Compensation and Shareholder’s Grievance Committee. These committees regularly meet and a detailed report on these is included in the Annual Report of the company.
