What is the complete transcription procedure on Medikin Online?
Within approximately 5 minutes of your doctor’s dictation, either by digital recorder or toll-free number, the audio file is available online for transcription. You will receive an e-mail notification of file uploads with details including doctor’s name, audio file name and type, audio file length and if it is marked “stat.” You as the MT Admin can then distribute the files automatically (using our file distribution feature) or manually to your MTs and QAs. As per your set work distribution criteria, the files will automatically go from MT to QA1 to QA2 (if required) and then to the doctor. You can monitor the entire procedure online and assign files to different transcribers/editors at any stage of transcription.
