Members who have a clan-related issue, questions, or complaints must follow the Chain of Command in reporting issues, complaints, or violations of code of conducts to their leaders. To report a problem to a leader you should do the following: 1. Gain and present any proof possible that will help with the investigation (screen shots, posts/threads, photos, IM conversations, etc.) 2. Report the offense, with any proof obtained, to the Divisional Leader unless it directly involves said division leader- then proceed immediately to step 3. 3.
