The Competency Record is a table that will only be used by authorized persons as delegated by the Minister. It is an informal, non-Transport Canada regulated, record of the holder’s competencies, as required by the type of operation the holder is involved in. This record will be used for Canadian Aviation Regulation (CAR) Subpart 604, Part VII or ATC operations.
