The company founder is the CEO of Blachère Illumination. Johan Hugues, his nephew, manages the Purchasing and Research & Development divisions as well as the Export activities. His son-in-law, Romain Allain-Launay is the Operating Manager of the company. Yves Nunziato, manager of Blachère France, created and developed the Blachère Retail group.
