What is the commission split?
• A: Depending on your experience you will receive, either a 75% or 80% commission split. You can take our exam after 30 days with Cimpler to become Cimpler Real Estate Investment Specialist and move to 90% commission. If you are a beginning agent and you pass the Real Estate Simulator test, you will receive 60% initial commission split and we will assign you a mentor.
