What is the Commercial Release mentioned in the TFCD package?
One of the methods I use to make-up for costs is by submitting the images for sale to current image brokers. To do this, I must have a commercial release signed by the model, so if you allow me to use the images for that purpose, then I can defray the costs of the shoot from your pocketbook. It can be great publicity when your images are used, however be sure you understand what a commercial release does and does not entail. What ages do you shoot? Currently I am shooting 18 and over. This is not a matter of the types of shoots, but rather the simple fact that a person under 18 can not enter into a contract legally (of which the Commercial Release is), without the permission of their parents.
