What is the comic panel about and what is the inspiration?

The 13th Floor comic panel is about nothing specific, except for maybe life and it’s collision with stereotypes and odd circumstances. The inspiration itself is from life as we live it and how ridiculous we can be at times. Mainly, humor deals with exaggeration, stereotypes and the demise of someone or something ( no matter how small ).
