Starting April 1, 2010, the endorsement is required for all anglers 15 or older that wish to fish for salmon and/or steelhead on the Columbia River and its tributaries. The endorsement is in addition to any licenses and all other seasons and rules apply. The cost for the endorsement is $8.25 plus any applicable dealer fees. This endorsement may be purchased online or at any recreational license dealer.
