The Clubhouse is a facility owned by the property owners of Pacific Seawatch and managed by the Homeowner’s Association. It has a heated indoor pool with a lap lane, spa, fitness center, restrooms with showers, common meeting room (perfect for watching the “game” with friends), and a 9-hole putting course. All property owners in Pacific Seawatch are allowed to use the facility from 6 am to 11 pm daily and are issued a card key for entry after orientation by the Club House Manager.
