What is the CLEAR Voice cancellation policy?
The CLEAR Voice service Return and Cancellation Policy is essentially the same as the Return and Cancellation Policy for CLEAR Home and On-the-Go (mobile) internet service: • If you elect to cancel your CLEAR Voice service within the first thirty (30) days after sign up, then you will remain responsible for a pro-rated portion of the initial monthly add-on fee for CLEAR Voice service, through the date of cancellation. • If you elect to cancel your CLEAR Voice service within the first thirty (30) days after sign up, and if you return (via our pre-paid shipping label) the phone adapter (as purchased from CLEAR) within thirty (30) days from the service cancellation date, then CLEAR will issue a refund for the purchase price (including any taxes paid, but excluding any shipping costs or rebates) for the phone adapter. • If you do not cancel your CLEAR Voice service within the first thirty (30) days after sign up, then the phone adapter will not be returnable, and any Early Termination Fee(
