What is the CLAST exam and how can I complete it?
The College Level Academic Skills Test is a state-mandated test that measures students’ attainment of the college-level communication and mathematics skills that have been identified by the faculties of the State of Florida’s community colleges and universities. All students are required to pass the CLAST exam for full admission to the college. This may be done by taking and passing all four sections of the exam or by exemption based on grades in certain English composition and mathematics courses.
