Claim List Secure Website layouts must meet the following requirements: • One or more detail (professional, institutional, or prescription) records and one trailer record • Named with a .csv extension • Variable length comma delimited file/records • Variable field lengths separated by commas Note: The ERRP Center requires that Claim Lists greater than or equal to 100MB be submitted via Mainframe method.
