What is the Civilian equivilent of a Combat Engineer?

0

I spent 11years as a Combat Engineer in the Army. I learned a great deal of things involving construction, and maintenance on heavy equipment. However many things I learned didn’t help in the civilian field. I also spent 12years in the National Guard also as an Engineer I actually learned more from the Guard because they taught more on building than destroying like the Army. This isn’t a very transferable job. However, in the Military you have access to great learning centers if you want to put in the extra effort you can learn the fields you are interested in while getting experience in life, and leadership quality’s every employer is looking for.
