The City of Ottawa’s Toilet Rebate Program is scheduled to launch Fall 2007. In order for a toilet to qualify, it must be on the approved City of Ottawa toilet listing and be purchased on or after the program launch date; also, the home where the toilet is being installed must be built prior to 1996. There will be a limit of one rebate per household. Rebates will be processed on a first come-first served basis. Funding is limited. The High Volume User Program is scheduled to launch Fall 2007. To qualify as a High Volume User facilities must be located in the City of Ottawa and consume 25,000 m3 or more of water per year or be located in the City of Ottawa and be a multi-residential property with 6 or more units.
