After making properties “build-ready,” the City has gotten out of the way allowing Renaissance Pointe’s private builders to do what they do best: design, build and sell new, market-rate homes in the open marketplace. With new home prices ranging from just under $100,000 to potentially more than $200,000, Renaissance Pointe is a residential development comparable to any suburban development.
