Dallas leads the way in the “green movement,” recently becoming the first city in the U.S. to earn ISO 14001 certification across all of its major operations. (ISO 14001 is an international environmental standard, which sets goals for organizations and communities to exceed environmental compliance and continually improve and reduce the impact of their operations on the environment.)
