The city has taken an aggressive approach to development. To attract new business and industry, many factors must be evaluated and taken into account. We have prepared a Development Incentive Report and have worked diligently over the last 5 years to improve the City’s Development perception. We have also created an Economic Development Authority (EDA) which will allow the city, schools, and Chamber to attract new businesses. Over the last year, we have seen new businesses locate in our city including CDI, ZEECO, SKYCAM, HANOVER, and RL HUDSON.
