What is the check-out procedure?
Check out is at 11:00 AM EST on the date of your scheduled departure. You will receive a check-out reminder list and there is one at the cabin as well. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bin. Any trash left in the house will incur a fee. Please clean up after pets and discard waste in the outside bins. Keys should be left in the house hanging on the hooks where they were when you arrived. Turn lock on the knob to secure the house when you leave. We also ask that you ensure all windows are secured, the heat is turned down or A/C turned up. Ensure the main access key is returned to the lock box.
