What is the check-in procedure?
When checking in please leave your dog in the car. Bring in your paperwork (the General Info form, the Vet release form & the Policies) & your dog’s vaccination records. We will review the paperwork & photocopy the records. We will also fill out a boarding check-in sheet to ensure we have your dog’s feeding schedule & daily habits. We will then ask that you bring the dog the outside Alleyway. We will change his collar (we use our own collar with our own ID) Your leash/collar will be handed back to you (it is difficult to keep track of so many) We will then ask you to leave while we keep your dog out of sight of you driving away (seeing you drive away can create stress & they may associate that fence line with your leaving) Dogs can also act much differently with you present when meeting new dogs.
At reception you will be asked to fill in your details for your invoice and decide whether you would like to go onto our e-mailing list; Select three or four DVDs to swap over at any time while you are with us; Accompanied to your residence where you will be instructed on everything from how to light the fire, to how to make a great cup of coffee with the espresso machine and how to use the TV, DVD and stereo equipment.
There is not a formal Reception area at Somewhere Unique. Your retreat will be ready from 3pm on the day you are due to arrive. You will have been mailed or emailed driving directions to your retreat, and the key will be waiting for you there. If you have advised your arrival time will be in the evening, the lights will be left on for you.
You will need to show the test administrator valid ID. Please prepare two to three valid IDs such as a passport, driver’s license, or a major credit card with your photo. That way in case one expires or somehow cannot be found at the test center, you are still good to go. The administrator will also take your photograph, signature, and take your fingerprint digitally. You will be asked to agree to the GMAT Examination Testing Rules & Agreement. When you sign for the paperwork, please slow down and make your signature very legible and correspond to the full name on your ID. Otherwise you may be asked to re-sign your name multiple times which might affect your mood for the test later on. If you refuse to comply with any of these procedures, you may be asked to leave and forfeit your fee.
