What is the “Check-in” and “check-out”procedure?
Check-in is usually no earlier than 3:00 pm and check out is no later than 11:00 am unless pre-arranged through us. Extra charges may apply. The hotel front desk DOES NOT have keys to our studio so it is important that we know the reasonably exact time we can meet you at the resort to orient you and provide the keys, as well as collect the balance for the rental. We accept only cash or money order in U.S. Dollars unless specifically pre-arranged.Q: What are your rates? A: Rates vary depending on the time of year, if there are special events, or holidays rates may be higher. The rates are inclusive of the first 2 occupants, and there is an additional charge of $10 per person/per night for the 3rd and 4th occupants over 12 years old. The fire marshal has ruled that there can be no more than 4 persons in the room at any one time. No parties! The extra charges for the 3rd and 4th occupants are to cover the cost of the extra supplies such as towels. Discounts may be given on a case by case
