What is the cheapest way to filter fluoride from my tap water?
Help! I have hypothyroidism and have been investigating the fact that it can be caused by fluoride. I grew up in a city that has a heavy level of fluoride in tap water, and have recently moved there. I am very concerned that this will make my life worse every day so my hypothyroidism worse … I’ve noticed I do not feel well, but doctors have their sheets of paper that say I should be fine.
