What is the Cheap Seats program?
Cheap Seats are discounted tickets to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Pittsburgh Opera, Quantum Theatre, Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild Jazz, Pittsburgh Public Theater, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Guitar Society of Fine Art, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Renaissance and Baroque, Pittsburgh CLO and CLO Cabaret. Cheap Seats are offered to the students, staff and faculty of Pitt. You may purchase up to four at one time and your guests do not have to be associated with Pitt. You must be accompanying your guests, however; this program is not intended for you to purchase tickets for people with whom you are not attending. Please note that the events involved are not Pitt sponsored events or venues. Rather, PITT ARTS works with arts organizations to ensure that “best available” seating is offered for a low price.
