What is the CHDP Immunization Schedule?
The CHDP Immunization Schedule lists the names of the vaccines and the times of administration that the CHDP Program recommends. If children do not start their immunizations on schedule, there are recommendations to help them catch up. They are polio, diptheria, tetanus, whooping cough (pertussis), hepatitis A & B, hemophilus influenza B infections (HIB or meningitis vaccine), chicken pox (varicella), measles, mumps and rubella (3 day measles).
