What is the chain of command if a child is struggling academically?
Parents are encouraged to contact the child’s teachers directly via email, a letter, or a phone call. That is the most efficient course of action. If your child needs assistance in several classes, please contact guidance to arrange for a parent conference. If the problem has not been resolved, please contact your child’s Program Manager.
