What is the Certified Public Manager® (CPM) program?
The Alabama CPM program employs a state-of-the-art approach to enhance the professional and managerial skills of local, state, and federal employees. Although initially designed for state employees, the program has since been extended to encompass employees at all levels of local government who wish to learn current management and supervisory techniques to improve their leadership abilities. This outcome is achieved through a sequence of management courses, projects, examinations, and relevant electives.
