The body of knowledge within the CEBS program focuses on group benefits, retirement and compensation. Take the courses to qualify for the CEBS designation or a specialty track designation in Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), Group Benefits Associate (GBA) or Retirement Plans Associate (RPA). What classes do I need? Only those who complete the entire CEBS program are entitled to use the CEBS credential. To earn the prestigious CEBS credential, candidates must complete eight courses–six required and two electives.
