What is the Center’s policy about exchanging tickets?
Tickets which were purchased through the PPAC Box Office may be exchanged to another performance of the same event. We will need the physical tickets in order to process the exchange. The exchange must be processed prior to the performance which you are currently holding tickets for. Complimentary tickets or group tickets may not be exchanged. Please note that there is a $2.50 per ticket fee applied in the exchange.
