• The CDIA+ certification is given through CompTIA, a universally accredited organization. In order to receive certification a candidate must show fluent knowledge of all aspects related to the design and implementation of a document imaging or records management system. A CDIA+ is a professional that has the experience and knowledge to design and implement an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. Along with having the technical ability a CDIA+ must have extensive knowledge of business practices and processes to determine the best implementation, as to not disrupt the current workflow.
