A catastrophic 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck Chile in the early hours of Saturday morning that killed more than 700 people. Chile’s president Michelle Bachelet announced 9 pm-6 am curfew in Concepcion and Maule and emergency measures to stop looting incidents on Sunday and promised to provide food, water and shelter to the victims of earthquake.
