What is the carport cleaning schedule, and why aren they cleaned more frequently?
The carport cleaning schedule is determined by the service level set by the Mutual’s Board of Directors, and is posted in the Laguna Woods Globe. The service level established for 2009 for United is 2 times per year; for Third it is 6 times per year. More frequent cleaning would require the Board to increase the resources necessary to raise the service level.
